This is the only way to succeed in “driving the customer to the store”. Let’s take a brief look at how and where technologies such as augmented reality, artificial intelligence, paired with digital and analogue marketing lead the customer to the shop and why it would be a mistake to lose sight of the values of the classic, stationary jeweller.
