Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic still has us firmly in its grip. Even so, we remain optimistic and are very much looking forward to staging a successful INOVA COLLECTION this summer, in 2021. The progress of the vaccination programme and the comprehensive rollout of testing facilities will allow us to run our trade fairs safely this season. The last INOVA COLLECTION took place successfully in August 2020 under tight restrictions. We are confident that our safety and hygiene concept, which is continually being adapted to the latest guidelines, will make us all feel safe during the event. At the beginning of the pandemic, we devised a series of safety regulations and a code of conduct designed to ensure that our events run smoothly and that everyone can conduct their business in a safe environment. As a result, we are in a strong position to respond quickly and dynamically to any adaptations required by the health authorities. Our concept is based on the current hygiene regulations issued by the German State of Hesse. IMPORTANT IMPORTANT! The nearest Corona test stations can be found here: 3 minutes walk from Messecenter Rhein-Main 3 minutes by car from Messecenter Rhein-Main 10 minutes by car from Messecenter Rhein-Main Last update: 10.07.2021 Please note that visitors to INOVA COLLECTION and SHOWROOM Hamburg must register and generate their tickets online (print and fold) in advance of the fair. It will NOT be possible to register on arrival. Our hygiene concept also requires you to provide your full details when registering for the event. This is the only way for people to be identified and contacted quickly, should there be a Covid-19 outbreak. IMPORTANT! In the event that we reach the maximum number of participants for INOVA COLLECTION, the following will apply: Visitors with a negative CPR test (result must not be more than 24 hours old) may encounter waiting times at the entrance. This is in accordance with the current regulations of the Hessian Corona Cabinet of 19.08.2021 and does not apply to recovered and vaccinated individuals. The nearest Corona test stations can be found here: 3 minutes walk from Messecenter Rhein-Main 3 minutes by car from Messecenter Rhein-Main 10 minutes by car from Messecenter Rhein-Main There will be separate entrances and exits for both exhibitors and visitors. When you arrive, please have your advance online registration ready (print & fold ticket) as well as proof that you do not have coronavirus (vaccination certificate, proof of recovery or negative CPR test). The negative test should not be more than 24 hours old. All attendees are required to wear an FFP2 mask/surgical face mask, covering the nose and mouth, across the entire exhibition centre (incl. the outdoor area and the exhibition hall). People exempt from wearing a face covering must have a corresponding doctor’s certificate and are requested to point this out on entry. There will be no limit on individual visiting hours! The maximum number of participants approved by the health authority is sufficient for INOVA COLLECTION. Visitor guidance is based around the existing system of aisles. Visitors are requested not to form groups in the aisles nor to linger unnecessarily. The width of the aisles has been adapted to ensure that everyone can observe the minimum social distance at all times. During INOVA COLLECTION in Wallau and the Showroom in Hamburg, we will continuously monitor the hygiene measures and react accordingly in case of violations. Our staff is required to draw the attention of all trade fair participants to strict compliance with the specified hygiene standards. At the same time, safety and service information will be communicated throughout the building over the tannoy, as required. Cleaning and disinfection plan To protect the health of all attendees and staff, it is important not to shake hands and to avoid all physical contact during business meetings. Responsibility for the implementation and observance of the hygiene and social distancing measures at the exhibition stands lies with the exhibitor for the entire duration of the event (similar to occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations). Exhibitors at INOVA COLLECTION and the SHOWROOM will be comprehensively briefed before the fair and are requested to implement current hygiene measures. The wearing of a face mask, covering both the nose and mouth, as well as the observance of the minimum social distance are mandatory and should be given top priority. The ventilation system at the venue – Messecenter Rhein-Main – ensures that the air in the exhibition halls is constantly being exchanged. Visitors and exhibitors will also benefit from our new air conditioning system. In addition to the ventilation system, each storey has plenty of doors and windows that can be opened during the fair as required. Unfortunately, we will not be able to have the kind of supporting programme we were accustomed to before the pandemic due to the restrictions enforced by the authorities. We will, therefore, be staging both fairs without extra visitor attractions. Should the regulations allow, we will, however, organise an evening get-together. We have adapted our high-quality catering service to the regulations set down by the health authorities. This year, we will be introducing “Food Stations” in a generous outdoor area available only to participants. The food stations within the exhibition area will offer snacks only. All stations will be fitted with appropriate protection. We will also be monitoring the number of people in the standing and seating areas at any one time. If waiting times should arise, corresponding floor markings will enable the minimum distance for social distancing to be observed at all times. Should you have any questions that have not been answered above, the quickest way to contact us is by email at service@inova-collection.de.YOUR HEALTH IS OUR PRIORITY!
Access to the fair will only be granted if you have registered online in advance AND have proof that you do not have coronavirus (vaccination certificate, proof of recovery or negative CPR test)! The negative test result cannot be more than 24 hours old.
