“From an organisational point of view, they’ve really worked wonders – there’s no doubt about it. Of course, there are always things that can be tweaked but, given that this was the first exhibition to take place under these new circumstances, I think we can all feel really happy. In all honesty, we came here with very low expectations because it’s a first for everyone. The customers are looking at the new collections, they’re getting a feel for the market, but are still slightly cautious. I think that’s just a reflection of the general uncertainty in the industry.”
“The overall concept behind INOVA COLLECTION is a real success. There’s no other trade fair quite like it – just think of the free parking, free admission and the shuttle service. Of course, we’ll all miss INOVA NIGHT this year but on the whole the customers can feel very happy indeed. There are staff everywhere and you can ask them anything – they’ve really done well to organise this event so successfully.”
